Steps to Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce (on a mac book or mac book pro):
0. Assure that System Preferences -> Keyboard & Mouse / Trackpad [ ] Use two fingers to scroll is selected
    Confirm in a browser with a scrolling page that is functioning
1. Run any flex application with component that scrolls (List, DataGrid, ...)
2. Populate list with enough data to overfill the view and force it to scroll
3. move the mouse over the component
4. use the two-finger gesture to make items scroll
 
 Actual Results:
 No scrolling
 
 Expected Results:
 scrolling
 
 Workaround (if any):
move your mouse to the side of the component, where the scroll bar is located,
grab the scroll bar and move
(this is considerably more work on a laptop without a mouse)

confirmed. this does sound like the previously logged issue. Closing bug.
