Windows
- XP

| Steps to Reproduce: |
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an application with the flex framework as RSL
2. Create multiple modules to be loaded in the application
3. Load all the modules at the same time
4. when the ready event gets fired add them to the application (for example as child of a tabBar)
Actual Results:
The application doesn't receive all the Ready events, so not all the modules get loaded, event though all the bytes are loaded.
Expected Results:
All the modules should fire their Ready event, and added to the application
Workaround (if any):
Use the Flex Framework as Merge into Code, but it is a desired functionality
